Liability Releases - The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Producer against any and all claims of liability, costs, and expenses, including attorneys fees, including liability resulting from materials included in the Work Product at the request of the Client for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested or uses which exceed the uses allowed pursuant to a permission or release.

A cancellation fee of $150 will be charged if scheduled shoots are cancelled within 24 hours or less of the shoot date and time.
